Mental Health is common with 1 in 7 globally living with it at sometime in the year, and 1 in every 40sec dying by suicide. Sadly, most of us do not recognise it and when they do, they do not know how to deal with it.
This training will help dimysfy mental health, recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health, including yours, and crucially, how to deal with it at the earliest time possible. It will also give you the confidence to start mental health conversations and signpost appropriately.
